Re: Deficit Reduction Proposal

 

Dear Mr. President:

 

The U.S. Government has been facing a growing deficit problem.  We propose a solution to reduce and eventually eliminate the deficit by voluntary participation of the US citizens and other beneficiaries of the US government, including the foreign countries that have been financially assisted by the U.S.A. in the past.

 

We propose that, with the approval of the Congress, your office may set up “President’s Deficit Reduction Fund” and encourage the citizens and others interested to make voluntary donations in cash or property.  Donors may also be encouraged to make donations thru their respective Wills & Trusts.

 

If you believe the proposal has sufficient merit to proceed, we would be willing to work on the required details, if necessary.
